Easy Returns
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date as detailed below:
We ask that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions, etc. intact. If returning goggles or other swimming equipment, we can only return or exchange items that have not been placed in water. All shipping damages must be reported within 15 days of receiving your merchandise.
- For Items You Purchased: We will issue a full refund to the credit card or other method of payment used at purchase. If for some reason we cannot issue a refund to the credit card or Paypal account used at purchase, we will send a check to the purchaser at the billing address provided at purchase.
- For Items You Received As A Gift: We will issue a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.
- For Items That Are Defective Or Damaged: If the return is due to a defective product or error on our part, please contact us at info@anglodutchpoolsandtoys.com or 301-951-0636 so we can figure out what went wrong and make it right. All shipping damages must be reported within 15 days of receiving your merchandise.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
To return any item(s), please pack the item and include the return form that was included in the initial shipment. You can use the original box the item was shipped in if the size is appropriate. Please send the item to the following address:

HOW WILL MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT BE CALCULATED?
Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, shipping charges, and/or return shipping charges if applicable.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?
You will receive a refund (for items you purchased) or store credit (for items received as gifts) within 5 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise.
